Edinburgh's techno master Stephen Brown is an artist with a distinct sound, a sound that he has crafted over 20 years from his works on legendary labels such as Djax-Up-Beats, Transmat, Subject Detroit, Theory, Skudge and of course on his own Realtime imprint. His massive release ‘Medusa’ on Technorama in 2014 has received massive support from major players & has been also licenced to Fabric - Eats Everything cd project. He makes a come back here and delivers another fantastic track called Deep In which is a structured house track with built in funky vocals. You can find here also a bold & energetic club bomb by Literon, also known under the Gerd alias. Summer vibes, enjoy!

We started ‘The Classic Series’ featuring tracks that we love, bought, played out and which we have the feeling more people should know about them. For this fourth release, It is a great honor for us to welcome such a living legend, a pioneer from the Chicago house & techno scene : Roy Davis Jr. This project includes three very rare cuts and timeless moments of deep Chicago house. On A side : ‘I’m Tha D.J.’, released in 1995 on Kumba Records + ‘Under Tha Sun’, released in 1995 on Downtown 161. On B side : Modal (Woody McBride & David Stevens) ‘Lovers’ remixed by Roy Davis Jr. & Dj Skull. A massive, rare, and very demand track, previously released in 1996 on Sounds (subdivision of Communique). Our favorite secret weapons, a real masterpiece of deep tech Chicago sounds. Enjoy !

After big success of the first “Classic Series” by K’ Alexi Shelby, Technorama is back with another great package. We started ‘The Classic Series’ featuring tracks that we love, bought, played out and which we have the feeling more people should know about them.
For this second, It is a great honor for us to welcome such a living legend, a pioneer from the Detroit House scene Terrence Parker and the Chicago veteran Ellery Cowles. This project includes two secrets cuts and timeless moments of Detroit house & Chicago techno.
On A side : ‘Welcome To Southfield’, a massive and very demand house instrumental track from Terrence Parker. Released in 1997 on Studio K7! Records and issue from his ‘Detroit After Dark’ Lp. On B Side : ‘Madball’, previously released in 1998 on DaFunk! records, our favorite secret weapons, a real masterpiece of Chicago Jackin’ Techno by Ellery Cowles (Black Nation, Djax Up Beats, Synewave).
