Over the past couple of years German producer Tim Bernhardt, aka Satin Jackets, has established himself as one of the biggest names on the nu-disco scene, clocking up more than 25 million streams of his debut 2016 album 'Panorama Pacifico' on Spotify alone. Earlier this year, Tim compiled 'Diamonds Are Forever', a 7 track mini-album of re-mixed and re-mastered tracks from the early days of his career. "I had been chatting with some fans on Facebook about the first Satin Jackets productions and we realised that there were quite a few tracks that, for various reasons, were no longer available anywhere" explains Tim.

Description:

There's naturally much to admire on the label's latest multi-artist EP. Pioneerball kicks things off with the cheery and musically expansive "Deltaplane" - all flailing slap bass, delay-laden hits, sparkling electronics and sharp strings - before Falqo steps up with a chunk of boogie-influenced blue-eyed soul (the deliciously positive "Across The Sea"). On the flip you'll find the pitched down, Balearic minded dub disco of Sasha Anastov's "Sea For Two", and the near horizontal soul smoothness of Gayana's "Since The Night (Klar&PF Mix)".
